Why a second opinion matters
Foundation repair can be expensive, and quotes for the same house can vary a lot. Sometimes a home needs extensive work. Sometimes a smaller, targeted repair, or just monitoring, is enough. A second opinion helps you understand the difference before you sign.
Who reviews it
Second opinions are led by Joe Saunders, PE, a Licensed Professional Engineer in West Virginia (PE 15462), Ohio (PE 78068) and Kentucky (PE 31365). Joe has a degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on structures and 25 years of consulting engineering experience designing bridges. He’s supported by team members with engineering backgrounds.
